All the Cummins 6BT have an adapter bolted to the back. The early 6BT has an adapter for the 727/getrag. the later adapter for the 47RE/NV4500 is different. I believe the 3rd Gen is the same as that.
If a guy had a good friend with a CNC machine...it wouldn't be hard to make an adapter for any application.
I'd call Advance Adapter...they may make what he needs??
