Don't have time to get a good answer right now, but given the metal content yu cite it's Everdure.
Very old phosphorbronz compound that claims to offer good antistatic properties and was originally used with carbon arc on duct work.
Came out as a MIG wire some time back, takes some getting used to. Good for body work, not truly a weld, more akin to brazing. Also real handy on cast iron as long as you aren't concerned about poroscity.
You can also use it with O/A if you need to, go very easy on Borax flux if fluxing is necessary.
Miller or HoFart's site should have the procedure.
