ever (since 1911 anyway, when records keeping was started there). 1995 was the warmest until this year. It depends where in the state, but most western Oregon cities have had the warmest January this year, and February is looking to be just as warm, so we may break more old records.
Worldwide, based on land and ocean surface temperatures, and compared with human records and those of ice cores from the poles, 9 of the last 10 years have been the warmest in at least hundreds of thousands of years! If these facts are correct, we are in for a very interesting century.
PW content: I only have water in my '53 B3 PW radiator, since 1994. It almost froze last December, but I moved it from the barn to the shop just in time, after the light bulb under the truck wasn't enough.
