Yeah, I can hear the salesman/snowboarder now; "Yo! Mister filthy rich Arab oil sheik dude! Wanna by a ski resort real cheap? I know it doesn't have any snow, but it's got some real posh condos with some hot babes in the hot tubs, and I bet you can't get kind bud like this back in Riyadh, dude."
