I wish I had known that before I hauled that 3-ton of river gravel in the bed of my '47 WDX (The load that the endloader driver at the quarry dumped from his 12-foot wide bucket into the bed causing the frame to bottom out on the rear axle).
FYI - it did not hurt the bed a bit. However, I would not let some jerk do that to me again.
Can't comment about Unimogs. Don't know anything about them. Don't care.
