Oil spitting out of the dipstick, SB 360 in a WM300

I put a SB 360 in my truck and I have a wierd oil leak that ends up as litte droplets on the under side of the hood, snorkel and right inbd fender skirt. I thought it was the dip stick so I bought a rubber carb plug and RTV'd it on the dipstick. Didn't make much if any difference. BUT I still have the problem. Anyone run into this with a 360 re-power? Could it be where the tube enters the block?
