When $4,000 worth of my tools were ripped off last June, (second theft in 2 weeks) the cops asked me what I was going to do about it since that was the second time. I live in a rural area. hadn't been locking the trucks until the first theft which was only a GPS off the dash of the truck. I wanted to tell the cop I would lay on the flat roof with my rifle and wait for them, but I didn't go there.
