cummins oil pan

I asked this same question earlier no one answered the question. I have a 93 dodge 4x4 3/4 ton with a cummins. I purchased this truck new it came with a leaking rear main seal. They replaced the seal but when they did, it looked like they put a 1 1/2 inch diameter bar acrossed the leaf springs and set the oil pan on it. The pan could not take the weight and crushed. Then I made them replace the oil pan. 263,000 miles later the oil pan is leaking. Does anyone know if you can get the oil pan off with out jacking up the motor.
