Someone will tell us if it is possible to do it without the trans thing. I have seen a lot of errors over the years, maybe not so much errors as much as unecessary procedures. I would guess 2 & 4Wd applications may be different as well?? I have to think sometimes that since the introduction of computers that the editing gets a bit overlooked,,, I will let it be known if the book is correct when I get into this thing but before I pull the tranny the engine will be out.
