Lifting my '74 4x4

I recently bought a set of 33x12.50 swampers to put on my '74 Power Wagon 4x4 and I'm thinking I may need to lift it a hair for tire clearance. What's the best and cheapest way to accomplish this? I think a couple inches should do it.
