Make a flip kit for the rear spring hangers , that will raise the rear a few inches , as to the front you may as well get some 2 inch arched springs , either that or drop the front spring eye mount as well as the rear .
cheap will take you more time than buying a 2 inch lift kit - personally i would build a 4 inch kit and be done with it .
