The Zoning Officer accepted my offer of $500, And he withdrew the Civil Complaint. My neighbor #2 had to pay about $760 and charges were dropped. I will NEVER leave an unregistered or uninspected vehicle ouside again, I will do my best to play by the rules. I can't wait to bring home my "ugly"'59 W100 (registered and inspected of course)
