He has a grand cherokee with a forsale sign on inspection expired 09/08 and no plate at all, and it's still sitting there. neighbor #2 thinks if a car has fresh paint or atleast all one color, or less than 10years old they won't bother it.
I know for a fact that neighbor #4 turned me in before but I will not stoop to his level
