They are not going to leave you alone.I've had one neighbor hit me three times on septic,humane society and building codes all baseless.The enforcement officer can be compelled to tell you who,they just don't like to.The problem in PA is townships adopt
a zoning code without reading it and how it may conflict with the existing populations practices.Tailormade for busibodies.
