While the knuclkes look very much the same and do share very much the same design, the spindles from a PW/WC/M37 will not fit on the Dana 70 knuckle. With machine work it may be possible. However, dont get ideas of using PW Spindles on a Dana 70 and then using PW Helitool Disk brakes.....Aint SO LOL. While the caliper mount bracket fits like a glove, the shape of the Dana 70 front knuckle will not allow clearance for caliper, no matter how you rotate the caliper bracket.
I had the same idea....Buzzzzz next player. But it was fun trying the concept.
If I ever have to change the felt lube seal on the rear of the PW knuckle, I will use a neoprene seal arrangement as used on the Dana 70 knuckles. This will work and work well.
