dana 70 - stock hub conversion

saw this dana 70 knuckle spindle on ebay. looks really similar to the front spindles on ffpw / m37 axle. anyone ever noodle with swapping stock spindles on a dana 70 front? seems like you could work out stock wheels and hubs on dana 70 axles. say it aint so.
