Hi David,
The military pulley is noticibly larger than the civ. pulley and a lot bigger than the watewr pump pulley.
The engine I took out of my M37 was a plymouth engine that someone had put a lot of the military stuff back on. I didnt end up reusing the main pulley and timing cover (The timing pointer is moved outward for the larger pulley). If you decide to convert it over, let me know, I have everything you need.
