I just picked up a high water pump mount iron timing cover for my 360 swap and I see what may be a problem. The intake manifold water hose connection just below the thermostat has very little clearance to the backside of the iron timing cover case. The photo on you photoevent site shows the hose nipple involve removed and plugged with a brass plug.

How did the factory poly engines utilize the small hose connection on the intake manifold below the thermostat for these unusual high mount water pump engines? A photo wouod be great! Thanks.
