Timing Cover Coolant Leak

I'm having a problem with my 74 W200 with a LA 360. The gasket between the timing cover and the block keeps pushing out. It has happened three times now in 10,000 miles. I figured I over torqued the bolts. So the second time I was careful to torque the bolts to spec and I used permatex on the gasket (felpro). Well last weekend it happened again. Same spot by the way, upper right corner of the timing cover. Any sugestions?
