too much pressure insystem? I see frequently that radiator caps have gone bad and are not letting pressure out when needed or are the wrong cap to begin with. To judge a caps worthiness by eye. remove cap and if the rubber washer on the bottom is larger than the metal part it is bad and will not release pressure.
