Help locating fuel tank filler.

I got interupted by work there for a few days, but I will recover as soon as I get back on my Dodge project. Would someone measure there 2nd series bed for size and location of the hole for fuel filler? And please note if there is a flange bent arround it or if it is a clean cut. The beds are rare enough that I have never seen one! Thanks
