Not completely correct. My Bombardier has a 251 Chrysler. On the left drivers side of the block is the serial/id plate. It clearly states, "Chrysler 251 Industrial". In the Bombardier with its 3 speed NP transmission the engine will be running at various speeds from Idle to Governor limit for many hours each day in commercial applications.
