Hey, Paul, I recently ran across some old photos that I took of East Boston Airport (before the name was changed to Logan International). There wasn't a jet engine in sight! All DC-3s and 649 Constellsations, and others; The superliners of the day! I still recognize the distinctive sound of a DC-3 (aka C-47) when one flies overhead! Ah, the good ol' days! Dave Maher
