I agree with your point, but during that visit I ran into MORE rude people than nice people. The Louve: I asked a lady at the counter a question about purchasing a beautiful Da Vinci poster and she knew NO English. She walked away and the couple next to me from TX said that she was fluent in English and just didn't want to assist me so she lied about not knowing any English. Other situatuions such as this happened and maybe we just ran across the bad group, but there WERE some nice people but unfotunately they were far and few.
