You would be treated the same way in any Major City in the US in the same conditions. I have had some wonderful visits in Paris and South France. People are people, there is good, bad and in between. Look for the good, they are there. My next trip to France will be to Loreal to see the WWII German U Boat Base, and I expect a wonderful trip.
