The horn shown in the picture is fed with wires # 25 and 25A. Wire # 25 is the bottom connector and wire #25A is at 4 oclock position. There is no mention in the TM as to which is + or -. It shoudl not matter as the horn is nothing more than a vibrator. The modern horns I use on my conversions have two terminals for + and - and are not marked for polarity, either can be + or -.
