Help!! ....Snapped Bolts

Snapped two of the three bolts removing the water pump today, luckily about 3/4" showing...figure I got one shot to get it right before it becomes a major headache...looking for suggestions...PB Blaster and vise grips??...heat?? ...EZ-out or drill it?? Help Mister Wizard!!!
