heh, heh, heh. Oh, I agree that man has an inflated ego. However, we do things that have long term, possibly permanent effect on the planet.
DDT, acid rain, 3 Mile Island to name but a few. People went nuts when that tanker crashed up in AK (Valdez), what about all the tankers (and other ships) sunk during WW II. Nature has a way of cleaning up after we screw things up, but at what point do we overload Ma Nature?
CO2, we expell it, and trees breath it then expell oyxgen. The Amazon rainforest was the biggest, most important oxygen producing areas in the WORLD. They've chopped so much of it down that the area is now going thru a drought. Was this man's effect or natures?
I haven't commented about Mars or the sun getting hotter because I know nothing about it (it's just like you Norm to give me to much to read in the little time I have). BTW, is Seven Sisters after you because of that diesel comment?
Well, I hope I'll be able to follow this, but I have a ceiling fan to repair. The ground wire came off and it started sparking. The problem is, not being an electrician, I have no idea where it came off of. I just hope I don't set the house on fire fixing it.
