What alternator for a 6V to 12V conversion FFPW

In converting a 6v to 12v, going from generator to alternator, does anyone know what the important aspects of alternator to look for? In other words, I am looking for a high output alternator (130amp to 160amp) to use instead of a smaller output one (which I believe the standard ones are about 60amps). I need to run a snowplow, lights and heater.

Does anyone know what I would need to easily install a high output alternator?

I know VPW has a 6 to 12V conversion kit, but I think the alternator is only a 60AMP output (although I'm still trying to find that out as fact).
