Broussard is a socialist idiot and the New York Times is not a credible source, a notch below CBS, both of whom have been caught fabricating stories to serve a political purpose.
40 years of neglect and failed, corrupt, local polices contributed directly to the situation, Broussard is an entrenched part of the problem, he has a lot of nerve blaming anybody.
