Brakes (59 W300M)

Put new brake lines in yesterday. Bled the brakes and all seemed fine. Brake pedal has gotten stiffer and stiffer. Now the brakes are locking up. What do I need to do? Did I possibly not do something that I should have when I bled the lines? Help would be greatly appreciated.
