sand blasting equipment advice please

I am looking to purchase a sand blasting rig for blasting truck parts. I purchased a small siphon type blaster that is good for maybe blasting bolts and nuts. I was trying to keep away from the big tow behind compressors but maybe I have to buy one. Is there any compressor/blaster rigs out there that can blast larger parts for around a thousand bucks
