'42 power wagon found

I have been looking for the right power wagon for years. I located one that interests me but I know little about these early units. I wish to know what to look for and what is fair price for one that runs and drives but needs body work, paint, etc. I think it is a WC12 but I know it is closed cab, weight 4020 on tag, WC on tag, has a plow, and has the box with the canvas hooks.
