It was used on most 2wd WC 1/2 ton 41-47 Dodge trucks, as well as other models/sizes.
Of the 41-47 2wd body tags I have written down, about 70% of them are 4112.
Judging from that number, 4112-20006, it is most likely a 1944-45 2wd cab, as some of the later 4112 numbers were in the 350,000 range, in other words, 4112-345876.
It is possible the WC-1 or WC-12 got that high, but I don't think so.
