It is very common with the WWII 1/2 ton 4wd trucks to find a later 2wd cab added to them.

If that tag is an oval tag on the door jamb, that is most likely a 1/2 ton 2wd cab added to a 4wd chassis.

Like Gordon said, get the numbers off the frame, and off the tags on the glove box (if they are still there). Post them here and we can decode them for you.

Value in these all depends on how complete and original they are, so if it is a original open cab with a later 2wd closed cab added, it has less value, etc.
