Frame rivets

So I am looking for any input from those in the know. I have a 1951 B3PW that needs the front frame cross member replaced. This is the cross member that goes under the front of the engine and has the radiator support. It is riveted to the frame on both sides. Is there somebody that reproduces the rivets so I can keep things as original as possible? If so has anybody done this and how difficult is replacing the rivets? Something I try myself or pay somebody? As always thanks in advance!
