Agree with how eBay has changed. No one there is empowered to "keep the customer first". It is all was about rules and procedures now it appears...
I am going to go with Facebook Marketplace more for selling, although don't know if has the reach of eBay? I rarely use Craigslist anymore due to the scammers.
