parts book pages, what should the part number be?

here is the page from my 1969-1971 DODGE LIGHT DUTY TRUCK PARTS BOOK.

I am trying to figure out what the original part number should be for a 1971 W200 rear drum. If I am reading the parts book correctly for a 1971 W200, the only part for a TYPE=W & MODEL CODE=200 is number 2516423. None of the parts stores can match this number which is obviously different than the 212170-C currently on the vehicle

Lastly, I do see a CANADA OPTION (see above post) for what I think is a W300; p# 2952583. The description for this part says 8 stud, 13x2 1/2 brake with slinger. I have not idea what a slinger is but the brake pads on my rear axle are 13x2.

Just trying to figure out what the original parts were on the vehicle and what is on there now.
