CANADA stamped on drum

here is the photo of the drum with CANADA on it.

As mentioned above, two of the drums have CANADA stamped on them and two do not. The dimensions appear to be the same for all four drums so I don't know that it matters but I am curious why my vehicle would have drums stamped CANADA?
