DOT5 is a good option if everything in the system is new. I installed it in the orange truck almost 13 years ago & that truck hasn’t driven 200 miles in that time...brakes still like new.
The disadvantage is I know I’ve put DOT5 in other trucks over the years but I dont remember which ones :)
Since you don’t want to add dot4, make sure you keep better records than me :)
