The good news about DOT5 is I’ve never had a failure with it where I needed to add fluid. The only 2 negatives I’ve ever heard about DOT5 are a) the peddle is spongey...not mine. B) it’s difficult to get the system leak proof. Yes...I agree but it’s just a matter of making sure all your flares are good & if you don’t have a flare but wrench...get one.
