That is why I said "clutch dog" and not "clutch arm".
I have never seen a drum that did not move at least 1/16 inch when all pressure was removed from it. Sometimes up to 1/4". Yes this can be a result of various things, like bent leg, warn keys, worn spacer, etc. And, yes, this wear and slight movement is why a lot of those arms got broken.
