most of my dodges have had the rear dump and I build them with shaved heads and a couple different cams. total transformation occurs. I was in the exhaust biz for years and built systems for guys racing roundy round and 1/4 mile. (a few of my own as well) opening them up too much on some engines actually slowed them down. the stock cams are designed for 70 octance fuel. I think that is where the biggest gain comes from.
