I�m in the process of rebuilding my flathead 230 and am upgrading , replacing or repairing any and all parts involved with the engine. Looking for advise on what I should do with the radiator. I have not had any over heating problems but I�ve been advised to replace the radiator core as part of the rebuild project. There is some scaling in the core but as I said, I�ve yet to have any overheating problems. Any advise on dealing with an old radiator ? Replace, flush , if it�s not a problem don�t mess with it ? I�ve yet to find someone in my area who deals with radiators so I�m reaching out here for advise.
