Installed the tank, added 7 gal of gas and took off (Aux tank went for the ride just in case). I felt very confident I was not going to have any issues with fuel. With your help, I found a cause that that answers the reason for all the symptoms. Drove a leisurely 50mph for 8-10 miles then headed home on a back road that takes you overlooking the Silicon Valley. Drove that road at 25-30 in 3rd gear. On the way down, the brakes got a workout. Not sure i will bring the truck to the Holister rally. I already promised my youngest Grandson he could go with me and his 8 year old brother. He is so excited to do Big Boy stuff. I will try to convince my son to go as well. He has zero interest or aptitude for vehicles new or old.
