The lights aren't stamped either way but I would
guess vintage USA as they are very heavy steel
and came on a ffpw I bought over 15 years ago
but don't know when they were put on. They have
6 volt bulbs but I'm sure they make 12 volts to
fit. The part # stamped on them is 6412. Grote
sells a housing only with part # 64120 which
I'm sure are China made light weights by know.
