It does look like a nice car tough. If it were still in Indiana, I'd swing by and check it out.
That's interesting that the Allpar site would say the economy killed it. Ford had a pretty good run with the flat head V8 during those years. But I think they were only available in Lincoln's and higher end Mercury's.
