So what about the Zinc that is supposedly so important to have in oil for flat tappet engines? I have been using VR1 30wt racing oil I’m my IND-7 since it says it has lots of Zinc in it. It’s been 2.5 years since it was rebuilt and has I would say about 3000 miles on it. If I switch to synthetic I would want any leaks.😭After 4 oil changes, I can feel that it has finally “loosened” up.👍
