Hey Vaughn, that is a very good visual of the difference between the front fender welting, and the rear fender welting. Front part #CC1095438 verses rear part #CC1277475.

On all of the trucks I have owned, both drivers and parts trucks, I have never seen front fender welting of any kind sandwiched between the fender and the fender-to-frame splash shield. The welting attached to the front fenders with split rivets in existing holes in the fender lip only where the fender would possibly touch the sides of the cab.

Also, Gary at Roberts Motors has found me some really nice parts over the years, but I have learned that you have to know exactly what you are looking for beforehand as they are broad MoPar suppliers but not Power-Wagon parts experts.
