CC-313073 is the part number for the WC-3/4 ton, and is the same for the M37 and FFPW. The TM 9-808 maintenance manual on the WC 3/4-ton does not mention installing anti-squeak material when assembling the front fenders, so VPW is correct. I think something should be installed just to keep mud and water from accumulating/passing through between fender and shield.
